1. Portal Acceptance
By logging into our patient dashboard (`dashboard.html`), scheduling laboratory phlebotomy collection tests (`diagnostics.html`), or consulting specialists (`doctors.html`), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these parameters, please immediately discontinue the use of our digital portals.
2. Telemedicine Protocols
Virtual WebRTC consult rooms are established exclusively for non-emergency screening, post-operative clinical review, and AYUSH wellness support. Critical trauma or acute syndromes (severe chest pains, sudden strokes, fractures, massive bleeding) MUST be routed directly to emergency ambulances or inpatient triage units at real-world hospitals.
3. Non-Profit Billing & Fees
ICH Apps Foundation is a Non-Profit Non-Profit organization. Consultation fees and phlebotomy diagnostic fees are subsidized strictly for rural outreach sustenance. Any financial payments made via our integrated portals represent direct operational contributions or service charges and are non-refundable unless a slot booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the slot schedule.
4. Patient Obligations
All portal users warrant that:
- Any profile information, medical history upload, or symptoms reported to our AI assistant or doctors are 100% accurate.
- They will not share portal password logs or authentication tokens with unauthorized individuals.
- They will strictly adhere to clinical dosage timelines recommended by physicians on e-prescriptions.
5. Telehealth Disclaimers
Digital consultation holds inherent physical limitations compared to in-person physical palpation. The patient acknowledges that telemedicine consults rely exclusively on symptoms reported verbally or visually, and a physician may advise visiting a local clinic immediately if a physical diagnosis is deemed mandatory under JCI safety policies.
6. Platform Security & Security
We execute robust daily security penetration scans. However, we are not liable for session disruptions triggered by user-side ISP drops, local malware interference, or unauthorized password disclosures. All legal disputes fall under the jurisdictional control of Delhi NCT Courts, India.
